TAMBDA RASSA
Ingredients
1 cup brown masala paste
1 cup green masala paste
2-3 tbsps oil
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tsps kanda-lasoon masala
3 cups mutton stock
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the brown masala paste green paste and mix well. Add turmeric powder Kashmiri red chilli powder kanda-lasoon masala and mix cook for 1-2 minutes.
2. Add 3 cups mutton stock and mix well. Cook till the mixture comes to a boil. Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Serve hot with steamed rice.
