A high protein cheela that makes up for a delicious and nutritious breakfast as it is packed full of flavours and spices that goes beautifully with the chilled and refreshing yogurt dip.
PROTEIN CHEELA
Ingredients
180 grams Tata Sampann Protein Rich Multi Dal Chilla Mix
2 tbsps boiled sweet corn kernels crushed
1 medium carrot grated
2 tsps roasted white sesame seeds
2 green chillies chopped
2 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
½ cup grated cottage cheese (paneer)
½ tsp oil + for drizzling
Salt to taste
Dip
1½ cups chilled yogurt whisked
1 medium English cucumber
Salt to taste
Roasted cumin powder for sprinkling
Method
1. To make the batter take Tata Sampann Protein Rice Multi Dal Chilla Mix in a large bowl. Add sweet corn kernels carrot white sesame seeds green chillies chopped coriander cottage cheese 2½ cups water and whisk till well combined. Adjust salt and mix well.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick tawa pour a ladle of this batter and gently spread to make a thin cheela. Drizzle a little oil on the sides and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
3. For the dip take yogurt in a bowl grate cucumber in it and add salt. Mix well.
4. Transfer the cheelas on a serving plate and serve hot with the yogurt dip sprinkled with roasted cumin powder.
