CHEESE BANANA CHIPS
Ingredients
4 raw bananas
Oil for deep-frying
Salt to taste
Paprika for sprinkling
Cheese sauce for drizzling
Fresh parsley leaves for garnishing
Method
1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.
2. Cut the ends and peel the raw bananas.
3. Thinly slice the raw bananas using a mandolin slicer directly into the hot oil and deep-fry on medium heat till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. Sprinkle some salt and paprika on to of fried chips while still warm and toss lightly.
5. Put the chips in a serving bowl, drizzle some cheese sauce on top and serve garnished with parsley.
