CHOCOLATE BAKED YOGURT
Ingredients
2 tbsps cocoa powder
1 cup yogurt
¾ cup fresh cream
12 measures Sugar Free Natura
Grated Sugar Free Chocolate for garnish
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180⁰C.
2. Take yogurt in a bowl. Sift cocoa powder directly in the bowl.
3. Add fresh cream Sugar Free Natura and mix well.
4. Pour the mixture in individual ramekins cover with aluminium foil and arrange on a baking tray filled with water.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.
6. Allow to cool and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
7. Garnish with Sugar Free chocolate and mint sprigs and serve.
