Your favourite Italian dessert served as a waffle sandwich. This is like a Masterchef recipe. TIRAMISU WAFFLE Ingredients 1 cup refined flour ¼ cup corn flour ¾ tsp baking powder 2½ tbsp milk powder ¼ + 1/8 cup castor sugar ¼ cup melted butter + for greasing 1 tsp vanilla essence Icing 1 cup mascarpone cheese ¼ cup castor sugar 1 cup whipped cream Coffee mixture 1 cup coffee decoction 1 tbsp castor sugar Garnish Cocoa powder for dusting Chocolate coffee beans for garnish Method 1. Sift together refined flour corn flour baking powder milk powder and castor sugar in a bowl. Stir 1 cup water gradually till a smooth batter is formed. Add melted butter vanilla essence and mix well. 2. Grease the waffle machine with butter pour a portion of the batter into it cover and cook for 3-4 minutes or till done. Remove the waffle and allow to cool completely. 3. To make the icing take mascarpone cheese in a bowl. Add castor sugar and whisk well. Add the whipped cream and gently fold in till well combined. Transfer the mixture in piping bag. And cut the tip of the piping bag. 4. Mix coffee decoction and castor sugar in another bowl. Dip one side of each waffle in the coffee decoction mixture. 5. Arrange a waffle on a serving plate pipe out peaks of the cream mixture gently place another waffle over and pipe out some more peaks over it. Sprinkle some cocoa powder garnish with chocolate coffee beans. Serve.
