Two cuisines combined to make one outstanding fiery and refreshing dish where taco shells are filled with delicious tandoori coleslaw is a must try. Serve these #Nutralite special tacos tonight.
TANDOORI COLESLAW TACOS
Ingredients
3-4 tbsps Nutralite Tandoori Mayo + for piping
8 tacos shells
¼ medium yellow capsicum
¼ medium red capsicum
¼ medium green capsicum
100 grams cottage cheese cut into ½ cm pieces
¾ cup grated carrot
Shredded iceberg lettuce as required
Diagonally sliced spring onion greens for garnish
Method
1. Cut all the capsicums into thin strips and transfer in a bowl. Add cottage cheese and carrot.
2. Add Nutralite Tandoori Mayo and mix well.
3. Arrange the taco shells on the serving stand and add lettuce at the base.
4. Fill some Nutralite Tandoori Mayo in a piping bag and cut the tip.
5. Fill the taco shells with vegetable mixture and pipe Nutralite Tandoori Mayo on top.
6. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve.
