Watch this video to find out how to make this receipe. Click to subscribe for more receipe. PARANTHA Ingredients Whole wheat flour dough made of 1½ cups Ghee for spreading Method 1. Divide dough into equal portions. 2. Take a portion, dust with dry flour and roll out into thick disc. Spread some ghee over the surface, sprinkle dry flour and fold into half. Spread ghee and sprinkle flour on the folded roll and fold again. 3. To make laccha parantha, take a portion of dough, dust with dry flour and roll out into thin disc. Spread some ghee, dust some dry flour over and fan like folds. Roll it and tuck the edges. 4. Dust the roll into dry flour and roll out into parantha. 5. Heat a non-stick pan. Roast the prepared parantha on medium heat till golden speaks appear on both sides. Spread some ghee over both sides of the paranthas. Similarly cook laccha parantha. 6. Take a muslin cloth and crush the laccha parantha. 7. Serve hot.
