The reason why i gave this title is just because of the situation which i observed in the society.government has imposed many censors on various media,including television broadcasting,cyber cafes and even on theaters and films.banning all such things up to the age of 18 or 18+ i.e Adulthood ! but still the children's are getting exposed to it , why is it happening so.?
