Why fish and chips is a great choice for pot lucks parties everyone loves it. Pair it with tartar sauce for enhanced flavour. Quick and easy to make. FISH AND CHIPS Ingredients 300 grams rawa fillet cut into 3 inch thick strips 100 grams potato wafers Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste 1 tsp paprika powder ¼ tsp dried mixed herbs ½ lemon Olive oil for brushing Lettuce salad to serve Tartar sauce to serve Coating ½ cup corn flour Salt to taste Crushed black peppercorns to taste 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp red chilli powder Method 1. Take fish in a plate add salt crushed black peppercorns paprika dried mixed herbs and squeeze the juice of lemon and rub the mixture well on each fish strip. Set aside for 5-10 minutes. 2. Transfer potato wafers in a ziplock bag seal it and coarsely crush it with the help of a rolling pin. Transfer this into a large plate. 3. Take corn flour in a bowl add salt crushed black peppercorns onion powder garlic powder and red chilli flakes and mix well. Add ¼ cup water and whisk till smooth. 4. Dip each fish strip in the corn flour slurry and coat it well with crushed potato wafers. Repeat this process one more time. 5. Preheat the air fryer at 180ºC. 6. Brush some olive oil in the air fryer basket arrange the fish strip in it. Brush some olive oil over it. Air fry for 15-20 minutes. 7. Bring the fish out of the air fryer and arrange on a serving plate. Serve hot with lettuce salad and tartar sauce.
