CHOKHA Ingredients 1 medium brinjal 1½ medium onion 1-2 garlic cloves 4-5 green chillies 2 medium potatoes boiled and peeled Salt to taste 2-3 tsps mustard oil Method 1. Roast brinjal on direct heat till soft but not charred. 2. Finely chop onions garlic and green chillies. Mash potatoes and put into a bowl. 3. Peel the roasted brinjal and mash along with the potatoes. 4. Add onion garlic and green chillies. Add salt and mustard oil and mix well. 5. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve with litti.
