Methi Sambharo deta hai chatpata swad in this very new andaaz! 😋 METHI SAMBHARO Ingredients 2 tbsps methi na kuria ¼ cup groundnut oil 1 cup split yellow mustards (rai na kuria) ½ cup red chilli powder ¼ tsp turmeric powder ½ tsp asafoetida (hing) ¼ cup salt Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Switch the heat off and allow to cool completely. 2. Put the rai na kuria and methi na kuria in a grinder jar and coarsely grind it. Transfer this in a large plate add red chilli powder turmeric powder asafoetida and salt and mix till well combined. 3. Stir in the cooled oil and mix again. 4. Store in an air tight container and use as required.
