LONG ISLAND ICED TEA Ingredients 30ml white rum 30ml orange liquor 30ml vodka 30ml gin 30ml tequila 30ml orange juice (optional) 45ml lemon juice 30ml simple syrup Cola to serve Ice cubes as required Cola for topping Lemon slice for garnish Fresh mint sprigs for garnish Method 1. Fill a tall serving glass with ice cubes. Add white rum orange liquor vodka gin tequila orange juice lemon juice simple syrup and stir well.
