An egg white omelette with some desi touch of spices is going to be your go-to breakfast.
MASALA EGG WHITE OMELETTE
Ingredients
16 eggs
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 medium tomato finely chopped
3-4 green chillies
4 tbsps chopped fresh coriander leaves
Salt to taste
4 tsps oil
Toasted bread slices to serve
Tomato ketchup to serve
Method
1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Use the yolks for another recipe of your choice.
2. Add onion tomato green chillies coriander leaves and salt and whisk well with a fork.
3. To make one omelette heat 1 tsp oil in a non-stick pan. Add a portion of the egg whites mixture and gently mix the centre of the omelette. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
4. Roll the omelette and transfer on a plate. Serve hot with toasted bread and tomato ketchup.
