DATE AND COCONUT ICE CREAM Ingredients 10-12 Pro V Select Fard Whole Natural Dates ¼ cup cocoa powder 2 tsps vanilla essence ½ cup tender coconut water 150 grams tender coconut flesh Method 1. Transfer Pro V Select Fard Whole Natural Dates in a bowl. Add sufficient water and soak for 2-3 hours. 2. Deseed and transfer in a grinder jar. Add cocoa powder vanilla essence tender coconut water tender coconut flesh and grind to a fine mixture. 3. Transfer in an air tight container close the lid and freeze for 6-8 hours. Scoop and serve chilled.
