What better way to douse the sweltering summer heat than bite into a creamy cold ice cream! The tantalising taste of Mango – the King of Summer Fruits and the refreshing sweet tones of Coconut combined with the luscious texture of creamy Chocolate! Doesn’t that get your taste buds tingling? But if you’re worried that those extra sugar-calories will wreak havoc on your summer-bod then you’ll be happy to know that this recipe calls for ABSOLUTELY NO SUGAR! That’s because this ice cream is sweetened with Sugar Free Green – a sweetener made from 100% Natural Stevia Leaves from the house of @SugarfreeIndia

MANGO COCONUT CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM
Ingredients
1½ cups unsweetened mango pulp
1 cup coconut milk
160 grams Sugarfree Dark Chocolate
1 cup unsweetened milk powder
2-3 tbsps toasted dried coconut slices + for garnish
13 measures Sugar Free Green
Method
1. Heat water in a deep nonstick pan. Keep a glass bowl over the pan. Break chocolate into pieces and add to the bowl. Allow to melt
2. Take mango pulp in a bowl. Add coconut milk milk powder and whisk well.
3. Add coconut slices Sugar Free Green and mix well.
4. Transfer the mango mixture in an air tight container drizzle the melted chocolate over and mix lightly with a wooden stick to create marble effect.
5. Sprinkle toasted coconut slices close the lid and freeze for 6-8 hours.
6. Scoop and serve chilled.
