BAKED YOGURT Ingredients 250 grams (1 cup) yogurt 200 grams (¾ cup) fresh cream 200 grams (½ cup) condensed milk A few drops of vanilla essence ½ cup castor sugar Method 1. Preheat oven to 180°C. 2. Put yogurt, cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence in a bowl and whisk well. 3. Pour the mixture into individual earthenware bowls. 4. Pour some water in a baking tray and place the bowls in the tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven and bake for eight to ten minutes. 5. Remove from oven and cool down to room temperature. Refrigerate for twenty to twenty five minutes. 6. Sprinkle castor sugar and spread evenly. Melt the sugar with a blow torch. 7. Serve chilled.
