CHERRY POPS
Ingredients
10 fresh cherries
1 leftover dark chocolate sponge cake crumbs
Sugar syrup as required
½ cup white chocolate
Method
1. Put dark chocolate sponge cake crumbs in a large bowl, add
sugar syrup and mix well to make a dough.
2. Cover each cherry cake crumb mixture and rest for ten
minutes in a refrigerator.
3. Put white chocolate in a bowl and melt in a microwave.
Temper till the required temperature is reached. Quickly coat
the cherry pops with it.
4. Refrigerator for four to five minutes and serve chilled.
