LOBIA DOSA
Ingredients
½ cup black eyed peas (lobia) soaked for 6-7 hours and drained
1/8 cup cooked rice
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 green chill stemmed
½ inch ginger roughly chopped
10-12 fresh coriander sprigs
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Coconut chutney for serving
Method
1. Transfer the black eyed peas in a grinder jar. Add rice cumin seeds green chilli ginger coriander salt and 1 cup water and grind to a coarse paste.
2. Heat a tawa. Brush some oil and spread a ladleful batter drizzle some oil and cook on medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
3. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
