PASTA IN PESTO
Ingredients
2 cups boiled spaghetti
10 grams Parmesan cheese
Pesto
15-20 fresh basil leaves
5-6 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon pine nuts
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
Method
1. To prepare pesto, grind together garlic cloves, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, crushed peppercorns, salt, basil leaves and olive oil to a smooth paste. Transfer in a bowl.
2. Heat a non-stick pan. Add spaghetti and pesto, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Grate parmesan cheese on top and serve hot.
Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking Time: 0-5 minutes
