STUFFED CROISSANT
Ingredients
2 big croissants
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped
Salt to taste
4-5 chicken sausages
2-3 tablespoons tomato puree
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon crushed black peppercorns
Parmesan cheese block
Method
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add in the onion, garlic and sauté. Add a little salt and sauté till it changes colour. Chop the sausages.
2. Add tomato puree, sausages and mix well. Add parsley, salt, crushed black peppercorns and mix again.
3. Slit the croissants and make a cavity in the centre. Stuff the croissants with the prepared mixture, shave parmesan cheese and put over it. Cover the croissants.
4. Serve hot.
