GULAB JAMUN & CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES
Ingredients:
Dry ingredients
? All-purpose flour 175gm
? Coco powder 30gm
? Sugar 185gm
? Bicarbonate of soda ½ tsp
? Gulab jamun 100gm
Wet ingredients
? Cold black coffee 120ml
? Vegetable oil 210 ml
? Eggs 3
? Butter milk 120 ml
For icing
? Butter 300gm
? Icing sugar 540gm
Method
o Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Take another bowl and mix all the wet ingredients. Thereafter mix both of them together in a large bowl.
o Pour into the cupcake molds. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 150 deg. C for 20-25 minutes.
o Now for the icing, first beat the butter till its very smooth and then add the icing sugar in parts. Keep beating till its fully incorporated and you get a smooth icing.
o Fill it into the icing bag and pipe it on the cupcakes once they have cooled down. Your cupcakes are ready.
