Deep fried potato mixture in form of sticks. An interesting crispy snack.
POTATO STICK FRIES
Ingredients
3 medium potatoes, boiled and grated
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
½ cup cornflour
Salt to taste
Oil for deep-frying
Method
1. Mash together potatoes, breadcrumbs, cornflour and salt in a bowl. Fill the mixture in a piping bag.
2. Pipe out sticks on a parchment paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Deep-fry potato sticks till golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
4. Serve immediately with tomato ketchup.
