A simple and unique recipe made using split skinless green gram (dhuli moong dal). Use it to make a delicious sabzi.
MANGODI
Ingredients
2 cups soaked split skinless green gram (dhuli moong dal) drained
¼ tsp asafoetida (hing)
2 dried red chillies stemmed
1 inch ginger roughly chopped
Oil for greasing
Method
1. Transfer dal in a blender jar. Add ¼ cup water asafoetida dried red chillies ginger and grind to a fine paste.
2. Grease a thali with some oil and drop small portions of ground mixture.
3. Sundry for 2-3 days.
4. Store in airtight container and use as required.
