SANTRA BASUNDI
Ingredients
½ cup orange (santra) juice
12-15 orange segments (santra)
1 liter milk
1 cup condensed milk
½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
Method
1. Heat milk in a non-stick pan and bring to boil. Reduce heat and stir continuously till reduced. Remove from heat, cool and transfer into a bowl.
2. Add condensed milk and mix. Add cardamom powder and orange juice and mix well.
3. Add orange segments reserving some for garnishing and mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. Put few reserved orange segments in the bottom of a serving glass, put some basundi and serve.
Preparation Time: 35-40 minutes
Cooking Time:15-20 minutes
