Healthy and crispy dosa made with using wheat flour, Suji and curd .. it's crispy , healthy and as well as tastes just like original dosas... And for the filling we can experiments with different flavors and veges like in this Recipe we have used some veges and cooked a bit and seasoned it with salt and pepper..
INGREDIENTS THAT WE NEED :-
aata -1 cup
Dahi - 1/2 cup
Suji - 1/2 cup
salt - to taste
haldi - 1/4 tsp
for stuffing
onions chopped - 1/4 cup
carrot chopped - 1/4 cup
capsicum chopped- 1/4 cup
cabbage chopped - 1/4 cup
paneer grated - 100 g
ginger grated - 1 tsp
green chillies chopped - 2 no
salt to taste
chaat masala - 1 tsp
