Welcome to the new episode of #Nutralite special 'Bachhon Ka Khel'! 🎩✨ Today our junior chef and I are whipping up some delicious 'Chocolate Pinwheel Rolls'. This recipe is a fun and creative way to involve your kids in the kitchen so give it a try! 👩‍🍳😋 CHOCOLATE PINWHEEL ROLLS Ingredients Nutralite Choco Spread to apply 2 cups + 2 tsps refined four (maida)+ for dusting 2 tsps salt 2 tsps fresh yeast 2 tsps sugar ¼ cup Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread + to grease + to brush Milk wash as required Method 1. Preheat oven at 200°C. 2. Take Refined flour in a bowl. Add salt. 3. Combine yeast and sugar in a bowl. Add 2-3 tbsps warm water mix well and set aside for 5 minutes. 4. Add Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread to refined flour and mix well. 5. Add yeast mixture and 1 cup water and knead to soft dough. 6. Cover and set aside for 20-25 minutes. 7. Dust some refined flour on the surface and roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet. 8. Apply Nutralite Choco Spread evenly and roll tightly. 9. Grease a glass baking dish with Nutralite Probiotic Butter Spread. 10. Cut the rolled log into thick slices and arrange in baking dish. 11. Apply milk wash on the rolls and bake for 12-15 minutes. 12. Remove from heat brush with some Nutralite Doodhshakti Probiotic Butter Spread drizzle Nutralite Choco Spread and serve.
